We worked on this stunning BMW 420d, starting with a premium diagnostics health check to ensure it’s remap-ready. Next, we extracted the file, customized it for the requested stage and mods, then flashed the remap to the ECU. After a road test to confirm performance, we repeated the process for the TCU/gearbox data. The result? A boost from 181 BHP/280 lb/ft to 250 BHP/365 lb/ft, with faster shifts and removed torque limiters due to the TCU remap, unlocking the car’s full potential.
